Personnel Assessment

"17th Feb. 44 C. & A.A.A.(A23)T.C. Halifax, N.S.

A pleasant mannered soldier of very superior ability and exceptional mechanical aptitude. He has had four months of Trade Training and is qualified as Fitter, Gun, Group C.

He is anxious for o/s service and prefers to stay in R.C.A. if possible. He has literally no complaints concerning an old hand injury for which he is graded U3 and during training has handled Small Arms, served as L.A.A. Layer, Ammunition Number, etc, without handicap. Could proceed o/s if upgrading to U2 is possible.
