Dear Mother:-

I received five letters this morning and therefore have been very cheerful all day I received one from you, Harry, Farris, Emma, and Jim so very glad to get them all

I was very sorry to hear Gordon Clarke was dead these are certainly sorrowful times

I have never seen anything of Clarence Wasson I do not know where he is.

Harry Farris wrote it is very cold there 34° below zero I have never seen anything like that here but I wish I could enjoy a real Canadian winter

I am very glad papa keeps so well. I am real well myself.

Lots of Love to all
Ralph.
