I am directed to inform you that the Canadian and Imperial Governments are issuing certain Memorials to the mother and next of kin of our late soldiers.
2. In order that the proper disposition of the Memorials issuable herein may be ascertained, will you please supply Militia Headquarters with the full name and present address of your late son's mother, if living, or, in the alternative, the date of her death.
3. In your reply, please quote fyle number as above.
