Dear Mrs. Fitzgerald: -
We have your letter of November 25th, regarding War Service Gratuity.
According to the regulations, the gratuity is payable, firstly to the dependents, and secondly, if there are no dependents, into the Service Estate of the personnel concerned. This is then distributed according to the Will.
Your letter is being used as an application, and you will be advised further as to your entitlement in the near future.
