Belgium 16-11-18

Dear Wife

Just a line to let you know I am well and the dear old Censors has lost his Job and has given us freedom to write what we like It is a long time since we had such an oppertunity

Well my darling we are on our way to Germany we are in Belgum at present and expect to be in germany in obout two weeks

We are resting in a town caled Bousser for two or three days it is a nice place, the Civilion population gives us a worm welcom and seem to be over joyed that the Bosh has bid them fairwell

As far as I can learn we have to march all the way to Germany so it will take some time to get there My dear I cannot tell you just when I will start for home but I will be home just as soon as I can

Sylvia I have had a very hard time of it this summer and very lucky to be live now I will tell you all about it when I come home which should not be so very long, so be of good chier my dear

I will let you know as soon as I get the least I dia of whin I will be home the weather is a little cold but it is all the better for marching

Now my dear I think I have told you all for this time trusting you are all well good by and God bless you and keep you until my return
