Quite bright today, very few clouds in sky. We are taking a zigzag course precaution against torpedo tubes. Passed several ships today. Joined tonight by 2 destroyers. Expect to sight land tomorrow. We have been kept to lower decks all day but were allowed up tonight.

Monday Sep 13/15

Sea very calm with slight fog. Land sighted about 9 o'clock & pulled into Plymouth harbor about 10 o'clock. Got off boat at 2 o'clock and train pulled out about 4 o'clock this afternoon.
