Bramshott,
May 21.

Dear Lilian:

Received yours of the 7th this morning. I'm sorry that you haven't been well, hope you are alright again now.

I came back from leave Monday. Had a good time but didn't get around very much. I was three days in Glasgow getting some clothes made and I expect to have them in a day or two. I went to Edinburgh from Glasgow and stayed over night. The rest of the time I spent around London. Saw some good shows and made a couple of trips out in the country. It is very pretty a few miles out.

Nearly all the troops are still on leave but will be back in a few days now. We aren't doing anything here except getting papers fixed up for discharge.

It is rumored that we are to sail June 4th but that is not definite yet. Shall be glad when we get away.

Lovingly,

Reg.
