About 40 Indians and halfbreeds came in to give themselves up, escaped from Big Bear bringing Mrs. Delaney and Mrs. Gowanlock, the Simpsons and the McLean family who had been held prisoners by Big Bear. Mrs. Delaney's and Mrs. Gowanlock's husbands had been murdered by the Indians at Frog Lake in April, along with several others in the Frog Lake massacre. Had muster parade at 2:30 p.m, a very creditable show.
