Monday Mar. 13th/16

We have just been loaded up on this boat and are very comfortably fixed, two bunks in a cabin.

We got into Halifax about 10 am. and came right into the docks. Have a fine view of the “Niobe” in the harbour. The weather is great,– nice and warm. I don’t know when we will sail. Am feeling fine. The pioneers B.C., dragoons Toronto, and another Ontario regiment are on the boat with us.

Charlie.
