Capt. Foulkes went up to front line to reconnoitre today, leaving me in charge. Coy on parade all forenoon. In afternoon were to have Bath Parade but it was cancelled owing to lack of water. Took Company for night march in evening under Bn. Orders. Marched to Railway siding - back to GOUV SERVINS and home.
