Just a line or two to let you know that I am still alive a kicking to beat hell and then some and at nothing. I am enclosing a couple of snaps that might interest you however you can judge for yourself whether they interest you or not

Well I am having a hell of a good time as a full blown Pte with a capital I and expect to take up signaling next week so that will be a change anyway and that is worth something is it not.

Well they tell me you have some real women crooks in Brandon these days and also a real live police force that won't prosecute the same because they happen to know the above mentioned Party I guess you wonder how I get all the news Ok well you see I have a whole bunch of female detectives around that burg that report any unusual occurrence of interest so you can see for yourself that I am kept well informed in such matters.

Well Mothers tells me dad has a notion to go farming, how would I look on a farm Eh guess I would be the candy kid in ragtime riding around on a hay rake Eh and all the Chickens in the district would go dippy I don't think.

Well guess I sing off kid so there in no news so be good
