Dear Sir or Madam

I beg to inform you that Sgt. W.H. Johnson, No. 91'714, 1st Can. Siege Baty. Mill Road Hospital Liverpool and was admitted [?] suffering from several wounds. The worst of which is the leg and ankle. Our Visitor reports we are glad to tell you, that Sgt. Johnson is improving.

We really hope that he will continue to go on well.
