Dear Dad:

Just lost my fountain pen so will try this pen - I hate them.

Hope I can get home some day to see the family. As you say, it has been a long time.
We are still fit and slim - a little over 200 lbs - believe it or not I'm a big boy now!
Little or nothing to write about but thought I'd drop a line - write often.
